  Somehow this company are who you get through to when you have a problem with your Eaglemoss subscription. They are quite frankly rogue cowboys. They have no idea of the consumer rights act and believe themselves to be above it. If you have to deal with them I feel very sorry for you. I also feel very sorry for the companies they represent. I am sure Vector 3 would have handled a fault much better than only attempting to act after me asking for a refund following not receiving a replacement part for 5 months. Avoid them at all costs.
